What Is D-Type Small Pellet Mill?

D-Type small pellet mill and small wood pellet mill are generally suitable for small scale pellet production of household or for small pellet production line. We also call it homemade small pellet mill.

According to the working principle of the pellet mill die and the moving roller, the flat die mini pellet mill can be divided into D-type and R-type small pellet machine. D-type is short of rotating die type while R-type is short of rotating roller type. D-type homemade small pellet mill is the use of spindle-driven flat die rotation, roller does not move the principle of granulation. D-type small wood pellet mill is more suitable for small scale pellet production.

The biomass pellets made by our D-Type small pellet mill are columned firm and slippery granule. The which is not easy to break and good for combustion. This type of biomass pellet mill can also show good performance in processing different kinds of wood material and biomass materials mixed together after our experiment and market feedback.

Flat Die Small Pellet Mill and Ring Die Pellet Mill

Mini pellet mill is usually flat die structure, which belongs to flat die pellet mill. The die of the mini wood pellet mill are placed in a flat surface for the material to enter the silo vertically, using the weight of the material itself so that the material is evenly distributed on the disc so that the feeding of the granulation chamber is uniform. The pressure of flat die homemade small pellet mill can be understood according to different materials, so as to better meet the demand of granulation. Corresponding to the flat die pellet mill is the ring die pellet machine. The flat die one is suitable for producing small output biomass pellets or feed pellets, and the ring die pellet mill is more suitable for large farms or biomass pellet plant with large output.
