Why Do You Need Biomass Dryer System In The Pellet Making Process?
The reason why we need biomass dryer system is because we have to consider the impact of raw material moisture on the biomass pellet machine. Biomass pellet mill in the production of pellet making process, the use of raw materials contained in the water, can better help the particles forming. But the humidity is best kept at 10-15%. If the raw material moisture content is too high, we need to use the sawdust dryer machine or wood chip air flow dryer to the raw material for wet drying. When the raw material enters the wet granulation chamber, pressure roller tried to put raw material pressure into the grinding hole, this will have a very large pressure. At the same time, it will lead to high temperature and a large amount of water vapor, corrosion of the parts inside the equipment, high pressure will increase the load of the motor, the motor will affect the normal operation. Too much moisture of raw materials, but also caused by the production of particles too soft, too loose, can not achieve the ideal form of smooth compact. Working Principle Of Biomass Dryer Systems
In the complete pellet plant, when wet raw material is input into the hopper of biomass dryer system, the hot air stove(boiler) generates hot air, hot air mixed with wet sawdust and then sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower(fan), flowing and go through the curving pipes and drying chamber of biomass dryer systems, thus the wet sawdust is dried, and the dried sawdust is discharged from the outlet with airlock.

The sawdust dryer machine is suitable for drying raw materials with water content of 20-25%.
